In 2007, GFA spent about half a million rupees on Training. The fact that two directors are MQA approved trainers demonstrates the corporate culture of GFA, that of a Learning Organisation. Despite Having already won the MIM/MEF/AHRP Training Award 2004, GFA has enrolled itself to participate yet again in the Training Award Competition. Results will be known and made public in March 2009 and we hope we will be awarded with either one of the three awards: Training Excellence, Training Award and Training Commitment. |
